At Kendopaints, your satisfaction is our priority! If you are not satisfied with the products you ordered, you can return them free of charge within 14 calendar days after delivery.
For your convenience, you can return your products via Bpost or in our store.
To ensure proper processing of your return, items must be in their original condition, unused, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Kendopaints reserves the right to refuse returns that are sent after the 14-day period or that are not in the same condition as received.
Products that cannot be returned:
WITH BPOST
Pack the products securely to protect them from damage and include the invoice. Ensure that the package is properly sealed. Drop the package off at the nearest Bpost location. Don’t forget to ask for a shipping receipt and keep the tracking number.
IN-STORE RETURNS
Bring the product(s) you wish to return, along with the invoice, to our store. Our staff will be happy to assist you. You will receive a cash refund unless the original payment was made by credit card.
EXCHANGES
Products purchased online can only be exchanged in our store within 14 calendar days of delivery. If you do not wish to visit the store, you can place a new order and return the products according to our return policy for a refund. If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us first.
REFUNDS
We will refund the purchase price as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after withdrawal. However, refunds will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned items.
The refund includes the cost of the returned goods and, if the entire order is returned, the shipping costs (based on our cheapest standard shipping option). If only part of the order is returned, shipping costs will not be refunded.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, except for in-store returns, which will be refunded in cash (unless originally paid by credit card).
For second-hand items, the return costs are the customer’s responsibility.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
We do our best to ensure that you receive your products in perfect condition. However, damage may occur during shipping. If this happens, follow the normal return process and mark “damaged” on the attached invoice. Please notify our customer service the same day if you receive a wrong or defective product.
We will provide an appropriate solution or refund you (including shipping costs if the entire order is returned). This applies only to manufacturing defects or errors caused by the store and not to damages caused after purchase by the customer.
