Kendopaints is committed to respecting and carefully complying with the European privacy legislation GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)¹ to protect personal data. This regulation has been in effect since May 25, 2018. Personal data is processed in accordance with this legislation.

YOUR CONSENT
Kendopaints only processes personal data to comply with a legal obligation or if it has been provided for the execution of an agreement. Therefore, you expressly authorize Kendopaints to process your personal data for the intended purposes. Personal data is processed only in secure environments and systems that are not accessible to the public. All our employees receive clear guidelines and are made aware of the handling and processing of your personal data.

USE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Kendopaints guarantees that:

• your personal data is only collected and processed to carry out the requested task or to comply with legal obligations;
• your personal data is only processed in a country belonging to the European Union;
• the processing of your personal data is limited to the intended purpose;
• your personal data is only retained for the duration of the service, unless a longer legal retention period is required;
• your personal data may only be shared with other organizations to comply with legal obligations or upon the explicit request of judicial authorities or law enforcement agencies;
• under no other circumstances will your personal data be shared with third parties or used for direct marketing purposes.

YOUR RIGHTS AS A DATA SUBJECT
You always have the (legal) right to access your personal data.
You always have the (legal) right to supplement or correct your personal data, in whole or in part. If Kendopaints no longer has a legal reason to process your data, or if your data is no longer necessary for the intended service, you have the right to have your personal data deleted.
