General 1.1. These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all agreements concluded between Kendopaints, hereinafter “the seller,” and the buyer. 1.2. By placing an order, the buyer fully and unconditionally accepts these general terms and conditions of sale.
Orders 2.1. Orders can be placed via the seller’s website. 2.2. All prices are listed in euros and include VAT and other taxes. 2.3. The seller reserves the right to refuse orders in case of suspected fraud, insufficient stock, or other reasons.
Payment 3.1. Payment must be made at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed. 3.2. Payment can be made via various payment methods such as credit card, iDEAL, PayPal, etc. 3.3. The seller reserves the right not to process an order if payment has not been received.
Delivery 4.1. The seller will deliver the ordered products to the address provided by the buyer within the delivery period stated on the website. 4.2. Delivery times are indicative only and not guaranteed. 4.3. Delays in delivery do not entitle the buyer to compensation or order cancellation.
Right of withdrawal 5.1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt. 5.2. The buyer must notify the seller of the withdrawal via the designated form on the website. 5.3. The costs of returning the products are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
Warranty and complaints 6.1. The seller guarantees that the delivered products comply with the agreement and legal requirements. 6.2. Complaints about delivered products must be reported in writing to the seller within 7 days of receipt.
Liability 7.1. The seller is not liable for any direct or indirect damage caused by the use of the delivered products. 7.2. The seller’s total liability is limited to the order amount.
Applicable law and disputes 8.1. All agreements between the seller and the buyer are subject to Belgian law. 8.2. Disputes between the seller and the buyer will be submitted to the competent court in Belgium.
